Vogelmorn Hall

Our biggest space. A light-filled hall with polished timber floors, a gently sloping stage, and a large kitchen opening off the main room. Well suited to classes, workshops, community events, celebrations, rehearsals and large gatherings.

Capacity: Up to 240 people
Size: 10 × 15 meters
Location: 13 Vennell Street, Brooklyn
Accessibility: Ramp access to the hall. Please note there is no accessible bathroom
Noise Curfew: 10:00pm sharp

Upper Space

A sunny, north-facing space in the Vogelmorn Bowls Club building, with large windows, a wooden floor, a carpeted lounge, and a small stage. When not operating as a bar, the upstairs space is available for community hire. Well suited to yoga, rehearsals, meetings, workshops, children’s birthdays, film screenings.

Capacity: Up to 100 people
Size: 5 × 10 meters
Location: 93 Mornington Road, Brooklyn
Accessibility: Up three flights of stairs. Please note there is no accessible ramp entrance. A mobility parking space is available at the Vogelmorn Precinct entrance, 93 Mornington Road.
Noise Curfew: 10:00pm sharp

    • Open wood floor area, and a carpeted lounge area, separated by a thick curtain.

    • Couches and tables in the lounge area 

    • Small movable stage

    • Kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave and kettle

    • A small range of plates, cups, cutlery and other crockery (let us know if you need larger quantities)

    • All-gender bathrooms

    • Wi-Fi

    • Electric heating

    • Projector and screen available to hire at an additional fee

Vogelmorn Kitchen

A warm and inviting kitchen and dining space overlooking the green, with a fully equipped kitchen and cosy seating area. Well suited to meetings, cooking classes, small events and community dinners.

Size: 5 × 4 meters
Location: 93 Mornington Road, Brooklyn
Accessibility: Up two flights of stairs. Please note there is no accessible ramp entrance. A mobility parking space is available at the Vogelmorn Precinct entrance, 93 Mornington Road.
Noise Curfew: 10:00pm sharp

    • Dining tables and chairs for 30–40 people

    • Cosy seating nook with armchairs

    • Kitchen with oven and hob, fridge, sink, microwave, steriliser and hot water urn

    • A small range of plates, cups, cutlery and other crockery (let us know if you need larger quantities)

    • All-gender bathrooms

    • Wi-Fi

    • Electric heating

    • Projector and screen available to hire for an additional fee

Vogelmorn Pizza Oven

Bring your friends and whānau together over woodfired pizza. A Vogelmorn favourite for birthdays, gatherings and community events.

Capacity: Up to 40 people
Location: Vogelmorn Green, 93 Mornington Road, Brooklyn
Accessibility: The outdoor pizza oven space is accessible from the footpath. A mobility parking space is available at the Vogelmorn Precinct entrance, 93 Mornington Road
Noise Curfew: 9:00pm sharp
