A freeform, drug- and alcohol-free dance experience where you move however your body wants. The music flows like a wave — starting slow, rising to ecstatic peaks, then softening into stillness. It’s therapeutic, uplifting, and a powerful way to connect with yourself and community.

Please note, that this Ecstatic Dance is not verbally guided, we let the music guide you . Dance freely how your body moves you.

This Ecstatic Dance, DJ Codaraan is bringing a journey of tribal rhythms and ethnic melodies, within a blissed-out soundscape that aims to support your connection to your inner primal human.

Expect a journey that evolves into intensity, and then lands you back into relaxed grounded moments of deep presence.

The Sound System
Here at Ecstatic Dance Wellington, we believe in using a phat sound system with lots of bass for our dances. We will be bringing an ultra vibey and super bassy experience for you!
