William Jackman is a singer songwriter born n raised in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Wellington.
Performing his way through high-school on the streets and stage, William helped form the group The Shadow Blasters, who released two albums, one here in Aotearoa and one while living in the UK. Showcasing a myriad of genres, from Hard Rock to the psychedelic, Alternative Country to soul based ballads and blues.

William takes to the stage this autumn to celebrate his two upcoming solo releases, which include a string of original compositions. The albums build upon some of his earlier works resonating with older fans, while showcasing his natural aptitude for poetic discourse. 

He’ll be preforming a set solo and then backed by the duo “The New Thing” bringing both sides of the coin.
